In 2016, a Russian scientist published on his
YouTube channel a video-documentation of the experiment by which he
through which he created Homunculus. Homunculus was created from
combination of an unfertilised chicken egg with human sperm.
Already nine years earlier, the British HFEA (The Human
Fertilisation and Embryology Authority), which regulates research
of the human foetus and the medical aspects of reproduction,
approved the creation of human-animal embryos for research purposes
